1. Q:Can you make the bags in the exact size, material, and printing finishing that we prefer?
    A:Yes. We do custom packaging projects . Complete customized order is available for us.

2.Q:What is your minimum order quantity?
   A:Digital printing starts from 1000pcs. And traditional printing(Gravure printing) starts from 5000pcs. But this is negotiable. We love to help small businesses to grow.

3.Q:What are the payment methods and terms? 
   A:Bank Wire(T/T), credit card, PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram, L/C, etc. 

4.Q:How can I make my design? What if I do not have a designer to create the artwork? 
    A:After confirming the bag's style and size, we will send you a template for your graphic designer's convenience. No worry. Please feel free to contact us if you need any assistance with the design creating. 

5.Q:May I get a sample to check your quality?
    A:Of course you can. We can offer your samples we have made before free for your check, as long as shipping cost needed. If you need printed samples as your artwork, make sample cost is $200+plate fee(only one time charge), delivery time in 8-11 days.

 6.Q: For artwork design,what kind of format is available for you?
     A: AI, PDF, EPS, TIF, PSD, high resolution JPG. If you still not creat artwork, we can offer blank template for you to make design on it.
7.Q: What about the lead time for mass production?

   A:Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally speaking, production lead time is within 10-15days.
